We need volunteers to help make the world's largest Girls in Aviation Day a success
Whether you have aviation experience or not, we have a spot for you! We have morning and afternoon volunteer slots available for the event on Saturday, September 22.
Uses radios to direct aircraft on our busy ramp. Experience in air traffic control is required.
Manages traffic flow of our attendees and makes sure no one enters restricted areas on the airport.
Guides children through STEM/aviation learning activities. Aviation and/or education experience is preferred but not required.
Liaison for our exhibitors and static displays in the main hangar.
Liaison for our food truck vendors. Also carries water to our volunteer stations throughout the airport.
Standbys to help volunteer committees as needed.
Direct vehicles in the remote parking lot. We will need some volunteers to start at 0700 in the morning.
Sit behind the check-in table and welcome attendees to the event.
Check-in volunteers and help them find their assigned locations.
Sell merchandise and help attendees sign up for Women in Aviation, International.
