Tuesday, May 6, 7PM NCHS Band Room:  Band Booster Meeting- Our final meeting of the year- please plan to attend-the agenda will include: 

	1.   Spring Concert/Silent Auction-need volunteer.
	2.     End of year Awards/Party
	3.    Summer fundraisers
	4.       Future dates to be aware of (Orientation, Camp, etc.)

Thursday, May 8, 6PM NCHS Band Room:  Silent Auction basket and gift pack assembly- we need your help!

Monday, May 12, NCHS Auditorium:  Annual Spring Concert and Silent Auction-bring your friends, family & neighbors-this can be our biggest fundraiser yet!

	5PM:  Set up for Silent Auction & Reception  in Lobby- we will need folks for the following tasks: 1. Set up of tables for money collection, flower sales, silent auction and refreshments. 2. Staffing of above areas-2 people for each area + plus silent auction committee members
	6PM: Reception and bidding and on Silent Auction items-bidding will conclude at the end of intermission
	7PM: Concert-featuring guest performer, renowned tubist, Mr. Gary Buttery.
	Winning bids on Silent Auction items will be announced at the end of the concert.

Friday, May 16, 7PM to 9PM, Fountain of Life Church: End of Year Party & Awards Ceremony  This event is for the entire family, please come with your students, celebrate their accomplishments this year.  We will have a barbeque/potluck dinner, meat, buns and drinks will be provided by the Boosters. Please bring a side dish or dessert according to the following:

	Freshman & Sophomores: Side Dish
	Juniors & Seniors: Dessert

There will be an RSVP sign up sheet in the band room, or you can reply to this email to let us know the number in your party.
